Pillar VG in Cincinnati has a strong team, healthy job flow, needs a FT appraiser after prior candidate kicked the tires then pursued different life direction. State cert. in Ohio preferred. Our work flow includes mainly  W.Virg. / Indiana / Pennsylvania / Kentucky, occasional Florida and others. Expectation is "in-office-with-occasional-needed-flexibility-from-home." Must be able to travel to on-site inspections, some internal help and sharing available. We're getting 40-50 opps. to bid per week, our capture is roughly 1/3 depending on time frame of bids, which depends on staff size/skills.
